Saunders Management Group is a virtual business consulting company dedicated to helping businesses grow, streamline operations, and secure funding opportunities. This role plays an important part in supporting both organizations through administrative, outreach, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Grant research and grant writing support.
Outreach to potential clients, partners, donors, and community contacts.
Administrative and organizational support for both organizations.
Follow-up communications and client outreach for Saunders Management Group.
Document management, scheduling, and keeping projects organized.
General virtual assistant support and fast-learning task execution.
Assist with nonprofit support tasks for Safe Space Carolinas.
Support funding research, enrollment, or administrative follow-up tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

Organized and detail-oriented.
Professional communication skills.
Comfortable with outreach and follow-up.
Strong writing and basic admin skills.
Able to work independently and follow direction.
